Q: Is early check-in & out possible? A: We’ll always try to accommodate if the cottages are ready / your booking does not back onto another one. Please ask a few days in advance.

Q: Is there parking close to the cottages? A: Yes, you can park right at the front door of both cottages.

Q: Do the cottages have BBQs? A: Yes, we have two charcoal BBQs available. Please bring your own charcoal and firelighters.

Q: Are the cottages private or shared? A: The two cottages share a 2.5-acre garden. If both are booked, the grounds are shared between the two. Each cottage has its own private entrance and space.

Q: Is late checkout available? A: We offer late checkout when possible, depending on other bookings and cleaning schedules. Please enquire during your stay.

Q: Do the cottages have travel cots? A: Yes, Lavender Cottage has a wooden cot and changing table. We provide a fitted sheet. Please bring any additional bedding.

Q: Do you provide coffee machines? A: Yes. Each cottage has a filter coffee maker (bring filters and ground coffee), a French press, and a Tassimo pod machine (we supply a few starter pods).

Q: What type of bedding is used? A: We use high-quality hypoallergenic microfibre bedding – no feather or down.

Q: Do you allow pets? A: We welcome well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement. Let us know in advance.

Q: Do you have Wi-Fi? A: Yes, fast and reliable Wi-Fi is available in both cottages.

Q: Can we book direct instead of Airbnb? A: Yes, and we recommend it. You’ll save nearly 20% in Airbnb fees, and we keep the same cancellation terms.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Full refund for cancellations made more than 5 days before arrival.

Q: Do you have a dining table for 12? A: Yes, Rosemary Cottage has a large table that seats 12 comfortably.
